Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Natshowz application and related services (the "Service"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. The Service

Natshowz is a subscription-based application that lets you sign in and stream content from your library. Certain plans also provide personal storage, allowing you to upload, organize, and stream your own videos privately.

2. Eligibility and accounts

• You must be at least 13 years old to create an account and use the Service. If you are under the age of majority where you live, you may use the Service only with the involvement and consent of a parent or guardian, who is responsible for your use.
• Accounts and subscriptions are created and managed on our website. The app is used to sign in and access your library.
• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity under your account.
• You must provide accurate information and are responsible for maintaining it.

3. Subscriptions and payment

Access to the Service requires an active subscription. Subscriptions, renewals, and payments are handled on our website through our payment provider. Your access remains active for the paid period and ends if the subscription is not renewed.

4. Acceptable use

The Service is for your personal, non-commercial use. You agree not to:

• Upload, store, or share any content that is illegal, or that you do not have the right to store;
• Attempt to access other users' accounts or data;
• Interfere with, disrupt, or attempt to circumvent the security or limits of the Service;
• Resell, redistribute, or publicly broadcast content accessed through the Service.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

5. Your content

You keep ownership of the videos you upload. You grant Natshowz the limited permission needed to store, process, and stream that content back to you so we can provide the Service. Your uploaded content remains private to your account, as described in our Privacy Policy. You are solely responsible for the content you upload and for having the rights to it.

6. Termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time from within the app. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or if required to protect the Service or other users.

7. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Natshowz is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss of data or content, arising from your use of the Service. You are responsible for keeping your own backups of any content you value.

8. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the Service after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by applicable law in the jurisdiction in which Natshowz operates. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you may have under mandatory consumer-protection laws that apply to you.
