This Privacy Policy explains how Natshowz ("Natshowz", "we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, and protects your information when you use the Natshowz application and related services (the "Service"). By using the Service, you agree to this policy.

1. Information we collect

Account information: the email address, username, and password associated with your account. We use these to create and secure your account, authenticate you, and give you access to your library. Accounts and subscriptions are created and managed on our website.
Content you upload: if your plan includes personal storage, the video files you upload and any details you add (such as titles or albums you create). This content is private to your account.
Device and technical data: a device identifier used to manage your active sessions and streaming, plus basic technical logs (such as IP address and error information) needed to operate and secure the Service.

We do not collect payment card details in the app. Payments are handled on our website by our payment provider.

2. How we use your information

To authenticate you and provide access to your library.
To store, process, and stream the videos you upload (for storage plans).
To operate features you use, such as favorites and albums, and to enforce plan limits (for example, storage space and the number of simultaneous streams).
To maintain the security, reliability, and performance of the Service.

3. Your uploaded content is private

Videos you upload are stored privately and are accessible only through your own account. We do not make your uploaded content public and we do not share it with other users.

4. Sharing of information

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for advertising. We do not display third-party ads. We may share limited information only where necessary to run the Service (for example, secure hosting infrastructure), or where required by law.

5. Your rights: access, correction, and deletion

You can access and update your account information, and the videos and albums you create, from within the app.
You can delete any video you uploaded at any time from within the app.
You can request deletion of your entire account from within the app. Deletion is scheduled with a short grace period during which you may cancel it by signing in; after the grace period, your account and associated data are permanently removed.
We retain information only as long as needed to provide the Service or as required by law.

6. Security

All communication between the app and our servers is encrypted using HTTPS (TLS). We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information, though no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

7. Children

The Service is intended to be set up and managed by the account holder. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children. If you believe a child has provided us personal information, please contact us and we will remove it.

8. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the Service after changes means you accept the updated policy.
